Enoteca Fontana is at Strada Farini 24/A, halfway down Parma's aperitivo street. It opened in 1967 and, according to the Parma blog Bonjour Petite, was the first place in the city to sell wine by the bottle, including French wine. It still celebrates Beaujolais Nouveau each November, and on the afternoon of December 24 the crowd that comes to toast Christmas spills across the street.
