Ombre Rosse is an enoteca and restaurant at Borgo Tommasini 18, a few streets from Strada Farini, with a second door on Vicolo Giandemaria. Its dining side is called Ombre Mosse. It is run by Maestri Nicola & C., and its wine list, dated April 9, 2026, is one of the most interesting in the city.
The list is heavy on natural, sur lie and bottle-fermented wines, including many from small producers around Parma. Bottle prices start at about €16, and bottles to take away are 20% off.

What to drink
Go local. The list includes several wines from Crocizia, Marco Rizzardi's estate in the province of Parma: Znèstra, a sur lie Malvasia (€16–€18), the Marc'Aurelio sur lie Lambrusco (€18) and La Mòssca, a sparkling Moscato (€17). From La Bandina (Mattia Ravanetti) there is a sparkling Malvasia and a Lambrusco at €21. For still Malvasia, Quarticello's Le Mole is €26. Glass prices are not printed, so ask what is open.

The website gives hours only for the restaurant, Ombre Mosse: Thursday to Monday, 12:30–3 p.m. and 7–11 p.m., so closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Past events on its calendar ran on Thursday evenings from 6 p.m. The enoteca's own hours are not published; phone or message on +39 0521 289575.
