On Booking.com a superior queen room was €125 room only for October 14, 2026 (non-refundable) or €139 with free cancellation. On November 11 it was €107. Breakfast adds €10 per person.
What you get for a lower price than the central four-stars is free outdoor parking (if available) and an outdoor pool, which the hotel calls the only one in a hotel close to central Parma. What you give up is walking: Piazza Garibaldi is about 2.1 km, 29 minutes on foot.

Built for drivers
This is the hotel to book if you are doing the Food Valley by car. The hotel's directions from the A1: take the Parma exit, follow signs for "centro viali ovest", join the ring road toward Piacenza and leave at exit 7, "Via Baganzola, Fiera". You never approach the historic-centre camera gates.
From here the Labirinto della Masone, Fontanellato and the Bassa lie north-west and north of the city, the side this hotel is on. Our Food Valley in 2 days itinerary works well from this base.
Parking is free outdoors when there is space. The hotel also has a covered garage and electric-car chargers, but does not publish the garage price. Ask if you want a guaranteed covered space.
The pool and the extras
The outdoor pool with hydromassage is open from May to September, with loungers and a poolside terrace for drinks and dinner in good weather. There is also a gym. On an October or November trip, the pool is closed, so do not pay extra for it.

The hotel directs non-drivers to TEP bus 6 from the station forecourt, toward Baganzola or the airport. A TEP urban ticket is €2, valid 80 minutes. For an evening in the centre, leave the car at the hotel and take a bike, the bus or a taxi rather than pay for a garage in town.
Who it suits
Couples and families with a rental car who will spend most days out of town at dairies, castles and ham houses, and want free parking, an easy exit and a pool on summer afternoons. Trade visitors heading to the Fiere di Parma, which the hotel puts 4 km away.
