I Tri Siochètt
I Tri Siochètt, a name in Parma dialect, is a large family trattoria at Strada Farnese 74/A, in the countryside on the southwest edge of the city. The Michelin Guide lists it as a Bib Gourmand in 2026 and praises its anolini in capon broth. It has fed Parma families since 1991, in an old osteria turned into a restaurant with rooms on two floors.
It is also the cheapest verified meal on this list. On the menu checked September 29, 2026, tortelli d'erbetta cost €10, a mixed salumi plate €9, and torta fritta €0.40 a piece. It closes on Monday and serves no dinner on Sunday.

Torta fritta by the piece
Most places sell torta fritta by the basket. Here it is €0.40 a piece, which means a table of four can order twenty pieces with the salumi for €8 and nobody argues over the last one. It is the most Parma way to start a Sunday lunch.
What a full meal costs
Salumi to share, one pasta and one main each, dessert and cover comes to about €32–€45 a head before wine, depending on the main. Tortelli each plus a shared culatello plate is about €21 a head with cover. Compare anolini at €14 here with €18 at Angiol d'Or on Piazza Duomo.
Big tables, Sundays and vegetarians
With about 200 seats over two floors, and 270 when the summer garden opens, this is where Parma brings christenings, birthdays and three generations for Sunday lunch. The restaurant publishes separate menus for groups and events, and notes that in group menus the tris of tortelli counts as three first courses. A quiet romantic dinner is not what it does; a loud, generous lunch is.
Vegetarians eat well for once: bean, potato and spinach soup (€10), buckwheat crêpes, gratinated vegetables (€10) and eggs with peas in a bread case (€10), plus the meat-free tortelli. Desserts are all €6, including house gelato (vanilla custard, fiordilatte, zabaione) and zuppa inglese.
Getting there
The trattoria is 5.6 km (3.5 miles) by road from Piazza Garibaldi, about 9 minutes by car, according to an OSRM route. It has its own large car park. Without a car, take a taxi; there is no reason to attempt it on foot. The rental car page covers whether a car is worth it for trips like this one and Antichi Sapori.
