Trattoria Corrieri (the sign and website drop the "dei") is at Strada del Conservatorio 1 in the centro storico. Its selling point is simple: it is open every day from noon to midnight, with no break between lunch and dinner. In a city where most kitchens close from about 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., that solves a real problem for travelers.

What to order
The menu is the Parma standard, done in volume. From the current list on TheFork:
- To share: mixed salumi, Prosciutto di Parma, torta fritta, burrata wrapped in prosciutto.
- Pasta: tortelli di erbette, pumpkin tortelli, a tris of tortelli, cappelletti with strolghino ragù, tagliolini with culatello, risotto alla parmigiana.

The torta fritta with prosciutto is the order to share while you choose. The tris lets you taste three tortelli fillings in one plate.
When to go
The all-day kitchen is the reason to come, so use it. A late lunch at 3 p.m. after the Pilotta or the Duomo, or an early dinner at 6 p.m. before an opera at the Teatro Regio, will get you a table with less wait than the 8 p.m. rush. It is also one of the few central options open on a Sunday evening or a Monday.

The honest take
Corrieri is a reliable, central, well-organized trattoria, not a destination. It has no Michelin listing; the 2026 Bib Gourmand trattorie around Parma are out in the countryside, at Ai Due Platani and Antichi Sapori. Come here when your timetable, not your appetite for the best, is deciding.
Getting there
It is central enough that you will pass it anyway. By OpenStreetMap's walking route it is about 290 m (4 minutes) from Piazza Garibaldi, 470 m (6 minutes) from the Pilotta and 1.1 km (0.7 miles), about 15 minutes, from Parma railway station. That makes it a practical first or last meal on a day trip: you can eat at 5 p.m. and still make an early evening train back to Bologna or Milan.
